Through her coaching, advisory work, keynote speaking and executive education programmes, Sarah supports leaders and organisations navigating high-pressure environments where clarity, resilience and sound decision-making matter most.
Her work is shaped by years of guiding organisations through growth and transformation, coaching leaders at critical turning points, and her own experience balancing leadership, family life and endurance challenges.
